The firm
Highly experienced engineering, applied directly. Nothing is handed to a junior once the contract is signed, and there is no account management layer between you and the person doing the work. The estimate comes from somebody who will have to live with it, which is the only reliable way to get an honest one.
A studio of this size cannot take every project, and that turns out to be the useful part. We take work we can do properly and decline the rest, and we would rather tell you on the first call than have both of us discover it in month three.

These are not aspirations. They are things you can check while you work with us, and hold us to if we drift.
The code is yours from day one
Your repository, your accounts, your infrastructure, your app store listings. Not transferred at the end as a goodwill gesture, and never held back to keep you with us. If you decide to work with somebody else, everything you need is already in your possession.
Documentation is a deliverable
Written as the work is done, for somebody who was not there. It is listed in the scope and it is part of what you are paying for, rather than the thing that gets dropped when the schedule tightens.
Boring technology, chosen on purpose
We use widely-known tools with long support histories and large hiring pools. Choosing something fashionable makes the build more interesting for us and the next five years harder for you.
Long engagements over many short ones
The second year of an engagement is where most of the value appears — by then we understand your operation, and the software gets sharper rather than merely larger. We build for that, not for a handover in week ten.
We say what we do not know
Estimates come with assumptions attached. When something turns out harder than we thought, you hear it that week. An unpleasant fact delivered early is worth far more than a comfortable one delivered late.
We turn work down
If an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, or the budget will not carry the scope, or nobody internally has time to be involved, we will say so. A project that should not have started helps neither of us.
Raipur, working across timezones.
We are based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and work with clients elsewhere in India and abroad. Nearly all of the work is done remotely, which is normal for this kind of software and has been for years.
Being in one office matters less than being reachable and writing things down. We work asynchronously by default, keep decisions in writing so nobody depends on remembering a call, and hold live conversations for the things that genuinely need one.
