Services

SEO and Google Business Profile management.

When a homeowner's AC quits or a pipe bursts, they search "near me" and call one of the three businesses on the map. We optimize and manage your Google Business Profile, and the pages on your site that back it up, so that business is yours across your whole service area — not just the streets around your shop.

Where this usually starts

You rank well at your own address and disappear two or three miles out, which is exactly where most of your customers live. Your profile has a handful of photos, no recent posts, and reviews nobody has replied to, while a competitor with worse work but a busier profile gets the call.

What this is

Your Google Business Profile is the listing that appears on Google Maps and in the map pack above the normal search results. For HVAC and plumbing, that is where most emergency calls start, and each call costs nothing per click.

We do all the work inside your profile: categories, services, service areas, photos, posts, reviews and listing consistency across the web. You stay the owner and add us as a manager, which you can remove at any time. We report every month with a ranking map so you can see exactly where you are winning.

The map and your website are two different jobs, and they feed each other. The map pack answers "who is near me, now". Your service and city pages answer the longer searches, and a page that actually covers a suburb gives the profile something to stand on. We do the local SEO on those pages: what they are about, what they are called, and how they link together. We are not rebuilding your website.

What we measure

Where you rank, street by street.

One position for your whole city tells you nothing. We measure the same search from points across your service area, so you can see the ring where you stop showing up — and watch it push outward.

A Google Maps ranking gridForty-nine measuring points in a seven by seven grid, one mile apart, centred on the business address. Each point shows the position the business holds in Google Maps for the same search at that spot. At the address itself the position is 2, and it stays in the top handful for about a mile in each direction. Two to three miles out it falls to the teens, and at the corners of the grid it is 20 or worse, meaning the business does not appear at all. The pattern is the point: strong at the shop, invisible where most customers live. These are illustrative figures, not a client's results.

How we approach it

What we think doing this well requires.

Categories decide what you show up for

A missing "Furnace repair service" or "Drain cleaning service" category makes you invisible for that search, whatever else you do.

Service areas, set up properly

Every suburb you drive to, and a profile that gives Google a reason to show you there.

Activity signals

Weekly posts and fresh job photos tell Google the business is active. Profiles that go quiet slide.

Reviews as a system, not a favor

A simple text-message and QR-code routine your techs use after every job, and every review answered within 48 hours.

The map pack and the blue links are different jobs

One is your profile, the other is your website. A homeowner in an emergency uses the map. Somebody pricing a system next spring reads a page. You want both, and they are won differently.

City pages that say something

A page per suburb only works if it is about that suburb. Twenty pages with the town name swapped out is the oldest trick in local SEO, and Google has been ignoring it for years.

Inside Google's rules

No fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed business names and no virtual-office addresses. Those get profiles suspended, and a suspension costs more than any ranking gains.

What you get

Everything on this list is a deliverable, not an extra.

Pricing

Three plans, month to month.

How it works

Four steps, and what you do in each.

About ten minutes of your time to start, then a few job photos a week.

    Free ranking map

We map where you rank and show you your three biggest gaps.

    Add us as manager

A two-minute step in your Google profile. You stay the owner.

  3. Day 7

Categories, services, areas, photos, products and the review system are all live.

  4. Day 30

    First report

A fresh ranking map, review growth and call numbers, compared with day one.

Fit

Whether this is us.

Most unhappy projects were mis-scoped at the start rather than badly built. It costs nothing to be straight about this now, and it saves us both a call.

Best suited to

  • HVAC or plumbing companies with 1 to 15 trucks that do good work but do not get found beyond their own neighborhood
  • Owners who can send a few job photos a week and ask happy customers for a review
  • Businesses with a real, verifiable address or service area

Probably not us if

  • You want a guaranteed #1 ranking. Nobody honest can promise that
  • You want fake reviews, or extra listings at addresses you do not operate from
  • You need results in a week. Maps work usually shows on the ranking map within 30 to 60 days
Questions

Questions we get asked first.

Is this SEO, or is it Google Maps?

Both, in that order of importance for your trade. The Maps listing is where most "near me" calls start, so it comes first. The local SEO on your service and city pages backs it up and catches the searches the map does not answer. We work on those pages; we do not rebuild your site.

Do I sign a contract?

No. Month to month, with 30 days' notice.

Will you own my profile?

Never. You add us as a manager and can remove us with one click.

Who will I work with?

One of the partners, directly. We are a small firm based in Raipur, India, and we work US business hours, which is why this costs less than a local agency.

How much of my time does it take?

About 10 minutes to start, then a few job photos a week.
